Emily Caruso

BIO

Emily Caruso is from the UK and is passionate about sailing, adventure and people. She has worked as a freelance sailing professional for the last 18 years and is committed to sharing both her passion and experience with all that sail with her. Emily has trained thousands of amateur sailors taking part in the Clipper Round The World Yacht Race since 2008. Her freelance portfolio includes working with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, RYA training, and a number of bespoke projects. When not afloat, Emily teaches Leadership and Management for the MCA. Emily has also been published on numerous occasions within the yachting press and wider media; she loves to write. She is all about finding ways to make our world inclusive and to keep it fun.
