WHY: We are hosting this event to connect with other women in sailing. We also aim to empower and encourage women to become active participants within our sailing community.

While this event is called the ‘Women’s Happy Hour’, we understand that gender does not exist on a binary and welcome those who identify with our purpose.
We hope and believe that sailing, and our business, will one day provide an equal opportunity for every kind of person. Our focus on leveling up the gender imbalance is our first step towards this goal.
