ROLEX Middle Sea Race | Be careful what you wish for

Be careful what you wish for! As we drifted past the NW corner of Sicily we were fantasizing about wind and waves! Then we had a night of constant rain in our faces, a building sea state, sailing a beam reach across wind in the high 30s. I mean… it was AWESOME but it was full on.

We are “storming” in every sense of the word - and this morning, although dazed and extremely exhausted the mood on board is one of achievement and pride, laughter and fun!
